Suggestions on Bulk Emailing

Hello everyone!

I have a lead list which is 100% verified (zero bounce rate). Niche specific and same country.

I want to know if there are any reliable methods to send them email. Either using multiple warmed up inboxes or a specific SMTP server which is already warmed up e.g. mailserver via SES etc

Let me know your thoughts.

Amazon SES, I setup aged aws accounts with aged domains... I suggest you give similar setup a try as well

I use SES as well, I don't spam though so if you are looking to send out a ton of unsolicited emails it may not be the best.

a zero bounce list is a great starting point, but it's only part of the equation.
open rates, replies, and spam complaints often have a bigger impact on long-term deliverability. I've seen well targeted campaigns outperform larger sends by a wide margin

okay If the list is clean and verified using a few properly warmed up inboxes is usually a safer option. Make sure your domain settings are correct and increase sending volume slowly over time. good targeting and relevant emails often have a bigger impact than the SMTP provider you choose.

If your list is really clean and niche-specific, the safest way is still using warmed-up inboxes with proper domain setup (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).

SMTP/SES can work too, but deliverability depends more on your sending reputation and engagement than the tool itself. I’d start small, warm gradually, and monitor replies/opens before scaling.

In my experience, mixing a few warmed inboxes usually performs more stable than relying on a single SMTP setup.

Depend upon List size and type of list.
If sometime cloud based system not work so you should try self hosted system like postal, PMTA or other MTA.
