This is because traffic is not from tier 1 countries.

I know this is an old thread, but this might help someone anyway.
In my experience with Indian Adult traffic, the best monetisation comes form these formats: #1. Pops (tabunder), #2. In-page push, #3. Back button pops
Currently our best performing ad networks are, Kadam for pops, Clickadilla for in-page and TrafficStars for back-pops
I can certainly reccomend AdSpyglass. Though once in a while, make your own ad network comparison and "analysis" with tools like Adgreg.
It has happend to me, that a few times AdSpyglass system had a bug and was sending traffic to underperforming ad networks.
If you ever notice some behaviour that you don't understand, contact their support. They respond very quickly and it has also happend to me, that their system was working just fine, I just did not understand something.

What do you mean by that? Like how to contact them?
After you make an account on exoclick, you get assigned an account manager that you can contact on TG.

Adult niches pay very less and tier 3 makes it even worse. Even then 10 cents for 30k impressions is horrible. You should switch to a CPA network for better results.
