Increase those clicks maybe put ads in regions where they might accidentally click too. It's a bad practice but most adult sites do it. Add at every corner some ads. Don't let a single person use site without clicking on ads.

Actually, the best banner price you could find for In banners is around $0.001-0.003 per CPM and around $0.01-0.02 for in-page-push, so what you got sounds actually reasonable.
You can try testing trafficstars, clickadu or evadav. Also, maybe addding popunders or sliders will increase your income a little bit. good luck!
