PayPal EXPERT needed to answer some questions/situations.

Hey there, so briefly, my situation:

I was dealing with PayPal for a long time, fake, stealth, legit, all kinds. But this time I am facing this issue. I got a limited PayPal ~ 1 year ago. And now the funds have been "released". The funds can't be transferred to another PayPal account, and can't be used to pay for something online, for example, on G2A. And I know that if you link a card to that account, you can withdraw the money to that card, so I did. I got a service from here (bhw) that seems to be legit, and also the seller was nice and friendly. I connected the card and tried to withdraw 10$ to that card, and it did not work. I don't wanna attach one of my real VCCs since I don't want to be tied to my identity or something. Are there any workarounds for this situation?

Brother you should use VCCs if there have large amounts. But if you don't want to your original personal information. You should take VCCs from another.

I did use a VCC, I attached it, and the funds can't be withdrawn to that VCC

This is happening when I try to withdraw the money to freshly added vcc.

I heard about that I should wait for about 24-72 hours? This VCC is bought from here, form BHW, it seems legit, so fingers crossed, I will have patience and see what's happening and DM you. The phone number with that account hmm, I might have it, but I have 2FA with Google Auth so I think I am all set on that part. Thanks for the reply.

I recommend check again phone number because big chance PayPal ask sms for approve withdrawal (also you can open chat with support and ask PayPal assistant why you withdrawal was declined and maybe assistant ask sms too for approve withdrawal)

Usually need more time. 24-72 it's standard answer

Can I ask country your paypal?

Could you please guide me? I got my account permanently limited and around $600 are stuck in it. I need it urgently to pay someone.

If not passed 120(180) days from when you account was limited. Don't waste your time. Any can't help you
