Horrible proxy - I purchased their residential lite US proxy. Neither HTTP Nor SOCKS5 works, tried with all apps and even curl command. They say they have 24x7 support I have been waiting from more than 8 hours for their reply.
They are offline since 18 hrs on their website and no reply on telegram since last 6 hours also.
I had to purchase different provider as I cannot wait any longer.

I hope they refund my money.

However, we do want to clarify that some of the timeline mentioned in your review isn’t accurate. Your first message was received around 4 hours before the issue was resolved, not 8+ hours.
