Best CPI Network for Mobile Apps?

I’ve been running mobile traffic for a while and I’m trying to scale with CPI offers now.
I’m looking for a network that has:

Strong mobile app offers
Good payouts (especially Tier 1)
Stable tracking (no weird drops)
Fast and reliable payments

I’d really appreciate honest feedback from people who are actively running CPI and actually scaling.

Top CPI networks with strong mobile offers, good Tier-1 payouts, stable tracking, and reliable payments include AppLovin (MAX), ironSource, Chartboost, Vungle, and Tapjoy — all proven for scaling mobile traffic.

There are a few good CPI offers on MaxBounty, but they require approval before you can run them.

Other than that, I think OGAds has the highest number of CPI offers on the internet but they are not direct offers, so you need to use a content locker to run them.

For tracking, i've had decent luck with tapjoy, but honestly, even they have their off days. you'll see some drops, that's just the nature of the beast. just make sure you're constantly monitoring the data, comparing their numbers to your own, and raising hell when needed. and always, always diversify your traffic sources.
