I don’t know why you guys care about the niche so much. If something works for one person, that doesn’t mean it’ll work for you too. There are a lot of big niches available try them. If you succeed in one, you can scale later you dont have to pick the perfect niche.

UPDATE
Not much has happened since Sunday. The post I made yesterday got 612 views so far, but the CTR and the audience retention stood out.
My previous videos average 6-7% CTR and a 30% audience retention. This new video has about a 10% CTR and a 42% audience retention.
I’ve been getting between 1.6k to 2.4k views daily for the past few days and my watch time and subscribers are growing as well.
Here’s my current stats:
Channel age - 11 days
Videos - 7
Views - 11.2k
Subscribers - 218
Watch time - 1.4k
I’ll keep making more videos. Once the algorithm picks one or two videos and they go above 10k views I think I can reach my goal faster.

good job brother , i see your audience is old and use tv , be sure that your banner and everything is optimized for tv , also i see your subs are growing slowly , this i think because people who watch from tv and old people dont know or find difficult subs to the channel so be sure to remember the viewer to subscribe telling them how to do it , in a short part of the video maybe in the middle.
also dont stop publishing now , more you spit out content more your best view video will get recommended probably you will reach monetization likely for this video that are getting very much views , also dont forget description and tags and engage with comments !

I’m experimenting more ways to get viewers to subscribe as most of them are TV viewers and they rarely subscribe.
My last video grew faster than other videos because of the time I posted so I’m going to stick to posting around 1-2am Central African Time (that’s about 7pm in the U.S.). My viewers are mostly from the U.S. and they are more active in the evening.
The video did over 600 views in 5 hours.

I've read that you are using stock videos but, what about the voice? Are you narrating yourself or using some AI voice? What I find more difficult to do, on my opinion, about youtube is the voice.

Thank you very much for answering, in terms of Youtube, arent you worried that, when you are elegible for monetizacion, YT flags you as AI generated content? Also, if you dont mind answering, are you uploading your videos as AI made?
I am asking because I would like to start a faceless channel, that you are sharing your experience is very encouraging but, lots of doubts about the voice part and AI youtube rules now
