absolutely with the right tools and strategies like using wordpress, analytics, and seo, you can effectively grow the site regardless of where you are. location isn’t a barrier in this case.
 
Yeah, you can run a US affiliate site from France, no issue at all untill your content hit US audience. By the way, do you know how to spot a solid site before buying?
