Hello BHW community!

I currently manage two US Amazon seller accounts that I’ve spent over 4 months building full-time, and I plan to run them long-term. These accounts mean everything to me, so I cannot afford to risk having any of them suspended under any circumstances. I’m operating them from Hong Kong and currently using fresh, static dedicated datacenter proxies with Gologin—this is because I haven’t been able to find reliable US ISP proxies to use. If Amazon detects that I’m managing the accounts from Hong Kong, it will suspend them immediately.

Most of my Amazon seller account management is done on a laptop, so I’m wondering if mobile proxies would be a poor choice, or if they might still appear normal to Amazon’s system? Amazon is my primary source of income, so I absolutely don’t want my accounts suspended. Please suggest a solution that can make my operations completely undetectable if possible, and I’d greatly appreciate a brief explanation to go with it.

For long-lasting proxies, definitely ISP proxies.

Otherwise, residential/mobile proxies, sticky. The thing is, if you want to use the accounts for a long time, you should switch to residential or mobile, and you should perhaps make sure that you always use the same internet provider and try to be in the same city or immediately nearby. Provided your providers have a filter for this.

Yes, I plan to use the accounts for a long time. I’ve looked into mobile proxies, but they’re a bit pricey for me. Residential proxies sound good.

I completely understand your concern about keeping your Amazon seller accounts safe, and it's great that you're taking proactive steps to protect them. Residential proxies do seem like a good option for long-term use, and filtering by city or internet provider can help minimize the risk of detection. Have you considered using a proxy rotator to cycle through different residential IPs, which could add an extra layer of anonymity? Additionally, what's your current budget for proxies, and are you open to exploring other options that might be more cost-effective in the long run?

Thanks for your advice. But what is a proxy rotator? What about its pricing? I’m totally new to this.

For managing Amazon seller accounts undetectably, using residential or mobile IPs is strongly recommended over datacenter proxies. Amazon's system can easily identify and flag datacenter IPs, leading to high suspension risk. Mobile proxies, while primarily for mobile devices, can still be used on a laptop if configured to mimic normal user behavior, including random delays between actions and matching TLS fingerprints. However, the most reliable setup combines clean, static residential (ISP) proxies with robust browser fingerprint spoofing tools to appear as a legitimate local user. Consistently maintaining this realistic digital footprint is key to avoiding detection.

for amazon seller accounts you want static ISP proxies, not rotating ones. amazon tracks login patterns closely and if your ip keeps changing they'll flag it fast. get a dedicated static ISP proxy in the US (matching where your seller account is registered) and stick with it.

pair it with an antidetect browser like GoLogin or Multilogin so your fingerprint stays consistent too. the proxy alone won't save you if your browser fingerprint keeps shifting. also avoid cheap datacenter proxies, amazon's detection is way ahead of most platforms on that front.

If you're managing US seller accounts long-term, the key is consistency rather than trying to be “undetectable”.

A stable US IP with long sessions is usually more important than the proxy type itself. Mobile proxies can work, but the constant IP changes sometimes look unusual for seller accounts that are normally accessed from one location.

Many people prefer stable residential or ISP IPs with a fixed session, combined with a consistent browser fingerprint and login pattern.

Also try to keep things consistent: same device profile, same timezone, and avoid logging in from multiple locations.

Instead of trying to find proxies to avoid detection, a sustainable approach is to manage your account properly and establish valid access permissions. This helps you avoid the risk of losing your account and revenue.

For Amazon, don’t overcomplicate it. You need IP stability, so use ISP proxies (sometimes called static residential proxy) instead of mobile proxies that rotate by deafult.

Best setup is ISP proxies + anti-detect browser.

ISP gives you
– static USA based IP
– real residential signal
– long stable sessions issued form the same IP

Anti-detect browser lets you keep a consistent device identity.

Key setup
– 1 account = 1 ISP proxy + 1 browser profile
– match timezone, language, and geo to the proxy
– never rotate IP unless forced
– don’t change fingerprints after first login
– always use the same profile, same flow

Alright man, drop those datacenter proxies asap because amz's gonna sniff that out like a bloodhound, you really need to be using hq usa residential or mobile proxies, since they look like regular internet users which makes you way less detectable.

I am currently experiencing this type of account block. Investing in high-quality proxies is truly worth it; the struggle and difficulties I’m going through right now easily justify the cost of the best proxy you can find on the market. Also, if anyone has experience with unblocking accounts, please share your experiences and solutions with me in the comments.

Residential (sticky), mobile or static ISP proxies would be the best fit. Beside proxies you should pair up with a fittable Antidetect software on top of that at the very least.

Yeah ngl I wouldn’t trust datacenter proxies for Amazon accounts that important. Residential or mobile is probably safer, just keep everything consistent and don’t keep changing setups/IPs.

Get rid of those datacenter proxies before Amazon flags you, they are a ticking time bomb for seller accounts. Grab a clean static residential IP from FloppyData, lock it into Gologin, and Amazon will just see a regular guy selling from his house in the US.

Your current set up is very risky.
The pricier options are also not risk free but could give your account a little more longevity.
Consistency is key.
ISP Proxies and good anti-detect browser

Choose proxies that belong to the real ISP ASNs. Make sure they're fast, as that's part of the algorithm. I recommend mobile proxies.
