[Journey] Building a faceless YouTube channel to $10,000/month

Hey guys, it’s been a while I made a journey here. My last one flopped and I’ve spent the last one year in the web3 world trading Solana memecoins.

I made some decent money but these past months have been red so I decided to do something else for now. At least something less risky and more stable.

I have some experience with YouTube, I grew my entertainment channel to over 2k subs and got it monetized before I sold it some years ago. I also have an old channel where I share make money online opportunities and teach trading.



So I started a new channel 8 days ago (14th of May). It’s a really good niche (I can’t disclose) with low competition and a large audience of older people from 1st world countries.

I’ve uploaded 5 videos so far and I’m going to share the metrics below.



1st video - 52 views in 8 days

2nd video - 121 views in 7 days

3rd video - 686 views in 5 days

4th video - 3.2k views in 2 days


5th video - 447 views in 4 hours



My goal is to monetize it in 3 weeks and possibly scale it to $10,000 monthly in the next 3 months.


I spend 10 hours per video and most times just work on it in my free time. What takes the most of my time is researching on the topic and editing.



I basically upload every two days for now, I could post more as the channel grows.

Since you can't disclose the niche then how following this journey will be beneficial for us ?

a would you please tell us what steps we take inorder to start our own faceless youtube change might be how and what to create create content/edit to gains more views?

I don’t think there’s anyone who found a niche with low competition that will share it publicly. Also your question sounds like you need to learn how to build a faceless channel from scratch, there should be courses and methods in the marketplace for that.
I’m not doing anything special, just everything every faceless channel is doing. Just in a different niche trying to be the best in my niche.

UPDATE:
It’s been two days since my first post, not much has happened since then.
I’ve uploaded two more videos making a total of six videos.
My 4th video is now at 3,961 views. Below are the stats:


Below are the stats for the two new uploads I made:

5th video uploaded 1 day 18 hours ago - 2,769 views


The 6th video is at 128 views. The algorithm hasn’t picked it yet I guess.


Today is the 9th day and I’m currently at 156 subscribers and 1k watch hour.

If you already know how YouTube works you don’t need any course. Just find a niche and find what works

My videos are 15 mins to 30 minutes long.
I post mostly every two days but I would like to post daily if time allows me.
It’s a brand new channel on an old personal gmail I’ve had for years.
I make thumbnails with AI and Canva

My question is: are you using only AI generated clips for the visuals, or are you mixing AI and stock footage? And is the voice AI generated too?

I guess its fishing niche, or maybe Birding, or around that.

But how you could earn 10K per month?

For my niche I only use stock footages

It’s none of the niches you mentioned.
$10k monthly is doable as I’ve seen a channel on my niche with a $6 RPM. I can do a 2 to 3x of that RPM because my videos are longer than that channel and have x3 view duration.
It’s an evergreen niche and old contents keep bringing in views. As my content library increases, so does my views and earnings once monetized.
