Hey guys,

I’m starting from scratch with my own small content operation using 5 Xiaomi Redmi phones + Mac Mini. Built a basic workflow and would appreciate if the experienced people can roast it or tell me what I’m missing / doing wrong.

Phase 0: Preparation (Do Once)
  • Buy 1 dedicated/sticky US residential or ISP proxy per phone (popular options: IPRoyal or NodeMaven)
  • Top up a virtual SMS service (common ones: HeroSMS, SMS-Man, 5SIM, SMSPool)
  • Set up a second router for network isolation (or 5G hotspot)
Phase 1: Device & Network Setup
  • Factory reset the phone
  • Connect to the isolated WiFi network
  • Apply the US proxy and verify the IP shows United States
  • Set Language & Region to United States
  • Set Timezone to EST or PST
  • Reset Advertising ID + clear Google Play Store cache
  • Create a fresh Google account directly on the phone (proxy active)
  • Install the app from Play Store
  • Create new account using a US virtual number from the SMS service (buy number right before signup)
Phase 2: Warm-Up (7+ Days)
  • Days 1–2: Only scroll FYP (15–40 minutes per day)
  • Days 3–4: Scroll + likes + follows in the niche
  • Days 5–6: Scroll + likes + follows + 3–8 comments + first test post (non-promotional)
  • Day 7+: Add profile picture, bio and link → Start posting 1–2 videos per day

Rules I’m following:
  • Always use the same sticky US proxy
  • Make every session look natural (random breaks, varied scroll speed)
  • Start only one phone first, then add others spaced 1–2 days apart
  • Keep small variations between phones (posting times, slight content angle differences)
Would love brutal feedback, what am I missing? What should I change to reduce risk of restrictions? Thanks

Honestly the biggest risk with setups like this is over optimizing behavior until it stops looking natural platforms are getting much better at detecting patterns now

Good point. I might start with manual warming (to make sure they keep alive) and then switch to a dynamic automated algorithm to mimic natural behavior. Thanks a lot
