I just act like a real person for a while, engaging with threads I genuinely find interesting to build up karma and look totally legit before even thinking about promoting anything

Trying to stick to the same IP, comment with actual value instead of single lines. Not logging in and out too much and using the same browser/phone session for a while. Worked for me for the past year
 
Use a 4G IP in the same Location as registration. Avoid anti-detect browsers, Reddit somehow detects them too. I'd suggest you to buy a few cheap used Android phones.

I use proxies and the Linkensphere anti-detection browser to manage them. Bans are rare, but sometimes you end up getting shadowbanned. The first week after signing up, I log into account, scroll through the feed, and react to posts. After that, I start writing comments and creating threads myself.

You need to warm up the accounts by acting as a real person for 3-4 weeks and then start promoting your offers. Also you can redirect traffic to your website or blog but you need to be smart about it, (if it solves a problem that Reddit users have them you can "share" it with them).
 
Few important things matter if you bought accounts from sellers many times people just use login and password to login and farm never do that always ask the sellers cookies and import them 2)Use Good Residental proxies or Mobile proxies 3) Don't compromise on browsers ,always stick to Industry standard browsers like Dolphin which i personally use to manage 100s of accounts many others use adspower which is also good
