I don't think it's really a good idea, because even when you buy followers, the account isn't clean, and if you run ads, it will still be targeted haphazardly and won't save you advertising costs.

It really depends on what your goal is. Buying followers usually doesn’t help with real reach because Facebook focuses more on content quality, watch time, and genuine interactions.

I would personally suggest using Getfame.net. I bought like 5k Facebook followers no issues. when someone sees I have a good number of followers they tune in more.
Don't buy them, because it doesn't help. Most SMM panel services are not reliable.

Video reels are really good right now; you can get a lot of traffic when your content trends. Keep posting regularly. They won't depend on your follower count.

Depends who you want to impress. If you're a business and you want to appear active to random visitors, there's value in that. If your business model is discovery on the platform, I wouldn't get that cheap smm traffic , they'll bury your page forever
