Hey, As a beginner want to know that Some blog posts bring quick traffic and fade fast, while others keep getting visitors for months or even years.

With so many content types informational, trending, and evergreen it can be hard to know where to focus. Choosing the right mix often makes a big difference in long-term growth.

Do you focus more on informational, trending, or evergreen content?

In my opinion, you should focus on a niche rather than a content format. Specializing in a specific topic will help you achieve more stable traffic and retain your audience better with closely related content.
 
evergreen content is the main focus because it keeps bringing traffic long term. I still mix in some informational posts for quick wins, but trending content is more hit and miss.

Yes I totally agree, informational content is the best for retaining the traffic in one's website/blog. As long as you keep them simple in order for your viewers to understand them these are the ones who will make your viewers engage and read your content thus giving good signals to Google to rank your website better.

I think evergreen content gives the best long-term results because it keeps bringing traffic over time. Trending topics can help with quick visibility, but informational and evergreen posts usually build more consistent growth.
 
I’ve found that mixing these content types keeps things from feeling like a hamster wheel. Evergreen posts do the heavy lifting in the background, and I sprinkle in trending pieces when something juicy pops up. What helps me is updating older posts a bit instead of constantly chasing new topics. It keeps traffic steady without burning me out.

Mainly focus on information which is evergreen and informational. These kinds of post will stayed for longer times as compared to trending post.
