Opinions on impact radius network - scam or no? + additional questions

Hey i am looking to sign up to impact radius so im wondering what the reviews are.

Do they ask for facebook account access? (can not give that since they can see creatives , steal angles etc)
Do they pay on time?

They do pay on time, no need to worry they are safe as hell.
