• Architecture & Management: Full responsibility for creating and maintaining account farms for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Physical Hardware: We currently operate on physical hardware farms. You will ensure their stability and scalability.
• AI Synchronization: Managing automated posting processes for content generated by our AI systems.
• Technical Depth: Building reliable infrastructure, working with proxies, fingerprints, anti-fraud systems, and complex behavioral patterns.
• Resource Management: You act as a strategist. We will provide additional "hands" for routine tasks if needed.
• Analytics: Monitoring performance and testing new farming approaches to hit KPIs.

Requirements:

• Cloud Solutions: Experience with GeeLark, Duo Plus, or similar.
• AI Integration: Experience connecting AI/Neural networks to automation (auto-replies, chatbots).
• Hardware Skills: Building and maintaining physical farms (cooling, networking, etc.).
• Deep Access: Practical experience with iOS jailbreak (checkra1n/palera1n) or Android rooting.
• Automation: Scripting skills (Python/Bash) for workflow automation.
• Geo Experience: Proven track record with Tier 1 and Tier 2 markets.
• Platform Expert: Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube algorithms.
• Language Requirement: Must be fluent in Russian or Ukrainian, as all internal team communication is held in these languages.

• Salary: Starting at $3,000+ (depending on expertise). Potential to 2x within 6-12 months based on KPIs.
