The problem isn't with the concept of agency accounts, but with the 'empty' ones being flooded in the market. Many sellers offer fresh MCC-linked accounts with zero spend and no history, calling them 'agency.' In reality, they get banned just as fast as personal accounts in grey niches.
The real power comes from agency accounts with an active Credit Line. They have a higher trust ceiling because Google has already extended a line of credit to that business entity. If you're running gambling without that extra layer of trust (or at least a massive spending history), you're just paying a premium for a label that doesn't protect you
 
Hello yota, If your site isn’t properly licensed and certified under Google gambling ads policy, suspensions usually won’t stop no matter what workaround you try.

No @yota you cannot use google ads for gambling websites in most places it breaks their rules. trying tricks to avoid suspension will usually get your account blocked permanently. you should look for legal gambling ad networks instead they allow it safely.

There are no legal casinos in many countries. So you have to come up with various workarounds to get your money. These accounts won’t last very long, but while a strong account is active, it will generate good income

Gambling is prohibited in some countries and you can run Gambling if you apply for Certification, some Google Ads added it in Advertiser Verification section even it is in under review you can start spending and you need to do some tricks to work it for few months
 
Stop trying to trick the system because Googles artificial intelligence now checks the purpose of your website before the advertisement is even shown. In 2026 you cannot have a gambling website without a trusted and old domain name and a way to change the content on the server that gets around Googles required G2 verification checks. If you are not using internet connections that look like they are from your area for your safe website and staying away, from redirects your account will be shut down right away.

If you are interested the country that banned gambling then you can't run gambling ads directly. We have to spam Google to run ads and it will get suspended once google find it no matter what
 
First, you need authorization for this activity

Second, a trust account preferably a Platinum one

I know for a fact that gambling sites are being launched. What’s more, there aren’t many people who can actually do this. Most have moved to Meta and TT. But I’ve heard from several affiliates, and they say there’s no traffic to gambling sites from Google. There’s no one to target. That said, I know clients who focus specifically on gambling and are successful at it
