- The video you make needs to be polished so that it contains no words or images related to blackhat.

been doing it for 3+ years now account trust is the main thing.

also what i have noticed is targeting is pretty bad its all a mess but it works.

I'm sorry and forgive me if I'm wrong but if you are truly good at black hat services why would you risk advertising on TikTok or any other open platform? Just curious.

I'll be honest, running black hat ads on tiktok today is extremely difficult and risky, the platform has an artificial intelligence system that scans videos, audio, and text for prohibited content. If it detects anything suspicious, your ad doesn't even make it to human review, it gets shut down instantly.

The most common method used to try to trick the system is cloaking, which involves having two pages, a normal one that the tiktok review team sees and another hidden one with the real content for users, but that's no longer the case, tiktok closed that loophole and now uses scanning technology that detects hidden code, if they find anything suspicious about your domain, they flag it and can block your account and even your funds, if you still want to take the risk, don't post anything for the first few days, then upload a single high quality video and monitor whether it gets any views, if you see it gets zero, they've detected you and banned you, black hat advertising today isn't just a gamble, it's practically account suicide. In these times, you'll most likely lose your investment, your account, or both.

I totally agree, account trust and history are the no.1 thing that the algo "bypasses". Meaning that if you've got accounts with good standing, you are less probable to get shadow banned or even outrightly banned on Tik Tok.
