Boosting Instagram accs: what are your methods?

Hey world, I work with Instagram and other social networks with vertical video. Please give me some tips on how to boost my accounts, especially Instagram. I have physical devices in the US with SIM cards, etc., but they're not really getting any traction. Could you give me some advice on promotion methods, how you warm up your accounts before and after launch, and so on? Something that really works for you and helps with promotion. I understand that the content itself is important, but maybe there's something else that really boosts account growth?
And if anyone understands this well and you have really valuable private information, I'm willing to pay for it, send me a private message.

If your accounts aren’t gaining traction, it usually comes down to content packaging and consistency more than the setup itself.

Physical devices and US SIMs can help with trust but they won’t magically push the account if the behavior or content looks weak. I’d focus more on making the account look natural first. Complete your profile, make a few normal posts, follow and interact in the niche slowly, watch/reply/comment like a real user then start posting consistently. For growth, the biggest levers are still strong hooks, testing different formats, reposting winners with small changes and pushing traffic between IG/TikTok/Reels/Shorts. Also don’t spam actions too early because that usually kills the account before it even has a chance.
 
setup isn’t the issue, traction comes from retention. ig cares if ppl watch till end or replay. warm accounts like real users first few days, then drop consistent reels, not random posts
 
For new accounts, it's always more difficult, so build content that targets a specific user group with particular interests and focus solely on that content.
 
If your setup is solid, then it’s usually not the devices, it’s how the account is being used. Don’t post too much right away, let the account age a bit first, then slowly begin posting and interacting. If you go too fast at the start, it kills reach. Also don’t rely on just one account, test a few and see what actually picks up.

Physical devices and SIMs help with trust, but Instagram growth today depends much more on engagement quality and retention signals than setup alone.

A few things that consistently help:

- strong hooks in first 1–2 seconds
- high posting consistency
- niche-focused content
- replying to comments quickly
- using trending audio early
- keeping videos short and retention-focused
- warming accounts slowly before aggressive actions

For warmup, many people avoid heavy follow/DM activity at first and spend several days behaving like a normal user — watching content, liking posts, posting stories, gradual engagement, etc.

Also, reposting viral formats with your own edits/angles often works better than trying completely original concepts from scratch.
 
Physical devices with carrier SIMs is the right baseline — trust score is solid from day one. The warmup phase is where most people rush: first 2 weeks should be zero promotional content, just organic scrolling/liking/saving in your niche for 30+ min/day. You should post once per day for 3-4 weeks before posting reels that can go viral. Make some posts, browse other accounts of the same niche preferably anyway do whatever a normal human would do. Also automation may destroy your accounts and get them permabanned. If you have problems with scaling you can always use VAs from Pakistan or the Phillipines. I hope these tips help!

Content is key, there isn't some easy hack (follow for follow or like, comment, and save for a gift - stuff like this works only for children). What works now is good and creative story telling with a strong hook (e.g. day 45 of building my own real estate agency..). Whatever genuinely hooks people and makes them watch - will also push you to get views, likes, and follows.
 
Take your time to familiarize yourself with the accounts, post regularly, interact naturally before and after posting, and avoid spamming or mass automation for best results.
 
When you are posting reels; make sure that you are changing the meta data and hash for each post. This ensures that it doesn't get flagged as "duplicate content" and that each post is unique.
 
Finding the relevant and trending matters and making reels or posts based on that , always gave me a good headstart, Regardless of the age of account.
 
boosting Instagram profiles need interacting on other profiles post/upload with comments and likes for other page viewers to notice for scraping to send promotion on or dms.
 
Acquiring new accounts will be more difficult, so you should build content that targets a specific user group.
 
Sim cards and physical phones are a solid start. You are sorted on that part.

If the content is not performing, then it is your content that is the problem.

If I were you, I would first check my niche thoroughly. For a few days at least, to know what kind of content is working well currently. It is more imp to know what's already working than to just post random stuff and hope it works.

It also depends on how many accounts you are managing and what type of content you post.
