Easy to grow doesn't mean "low effort", it means low competition and high AI-resistance. Because AI can now instantly summarize "10 tips for weight loss," generic blogs are dying. The easiest niches to grow right now are those that require first-hand experience.
 
from my opinion, lifestyle and self improvement niches are great, and share habbits and daily routines and self lifestyle.
 
A lot of new bloggers fail because they choose a niche only for money potential without actually understanding or enjoying the topic. Consistency matters more than people expect, especially during the first months when traffic is low.
 
Food and recipe blogging can grow pretty well because people always search for new recipes and cooking ideas. short recipes, easy meals and trending foods usually get attention faster.
 
if you are going to start a new blog i would suggest you to go with AI, Tech based niche, It will overcome finance niche within few years
 
For beginner the blog niches with strong traffic and earning potential, include personal finance, health, AI tools, software tutorials, education, skincare, gaming, home improvement, and niche affiliate review sites.
 
Right now,niches like AI tools,finance,health,digital marketing still have strong traffic and income potential.For beginners,it is better to start with a smaller niche instead of covering everything.A focused blog is easier to grow,rank faster,and build steady warning over time.

I don't know what I actually want to know; there are many popular niches inside and outside,

but most of the projects are failed due to lack of interest, so I suggest you do it with your interest side. Just search on the internet and list it; choose what your favorite side is, and just start it, because the last time it was very tough to focus without an interesting side. So start with an interested niche.

Today, blogs compete mainly on content quality. Strong and engaging content can still compete successfully in any niche.
 
I think newcomers still have opportunities in niches like AI tools, personal finance, health niches or software reviews. The most important thing is to choose a topic that is both in demand and has the potential to generate long-term income.
 
If you're concerned about income, find a product or service in demand and build a micro-niche site around the topic if there is not much competition.
