Setting up a completely new ad account but it still gets locked.

I previously posted a question on the forum about my issue: "https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/my-account-has-been-suspended-even-though-ive-been-using-it-for-over-a-year-without-any-problems.1814736/" and this is the fourth time my account has been suspended for the following error:
Your account has been suspended. Your account has violated the policy. Unacceptable business activities.
I am selling electric cars in the Vietnamese market.
I honestly don't know what to do now.
My identity, information, and bank card details are all completely new, but my account is still being suspended.
Also, how many advertising accounts can I use my personal information for?

Someone told me it might be because that section is protecting the brand. Is there any way I can check if this is the issue or if it's the website?
 
Getting suspended repeatedly usually means it’s not just an account issue, but something about the business category or setup is triggering the platform’s risk systems.
 
Did you use an anti detect browser and quality proxy to log in to the account? What about the footprints?
 
If a completely fresh account gets locked instantly, it’s usually device fingerprint or payment method related tbh. Meta tracks way more than just IP now. I’d stop reusing old cards/BMs and let the account age a bit before launching anything.

Are you using a Google account? Was your account restricted before setting up ads, or after?
Perhaps I can offer you some suggestions.

Consider carefully reviewing Fac*ebook's business policies and potentially exploring different advertising strategies, as well as the number of ad accounts you can use with your personal information may also be limited

if same thing keep happening even with new details then mostly something in website, verification or overall trust signals is triggering it. Google connect much more things now than just card or identity.

I'm using my Gmail account to run Google Ads.
My account was restricted after setting up the ads.
Do you have any suggestions for me?
 
Usually happens when Google flags the landing page, billing, or account trust signals, not just the Gmail itself.

Buy new phone (create gmail account with it) and use different internet provider, and don't tun on GPS no matter what, or go outside set there for a while open GPS/phone for first time, and register that place as your home address, before going back home turnogg/remove the SM card.
you should already have new router from new ISP, at home,connect your phone to that router via wifi and don't connect your old phone/laptop to the same network,
Next buy new/used laptop (buy cheapest one that works) use either Windows 10 or mayber Windows7 or whaterever windows comes with it (just no viurses on it )
link your phone/gmail account to that laptop, surfe the internet create search history for yourself.
make it warm-out for couple days and apply again (with new information ) , you can use your phone to apply via google ads app.
But first don't start selling same product immediately create small cmapign for similar nich website make it approved later on make changes to the camping
 
The problem is with category not your account. Please double check if you eligible for that category.

If your ad type fully complies with both vietnamese regulations and google's platform policies, you might consider filing an appeal for your account. By the way, are you running e-commerce ads on Google? If it's e-commerce ads, you need to check whether the landing page creative contains any false or exaggerated claims.

Is the gmail account you use purchased from marketplace, or did you create it yourself? Each time, you need to use a new email address to create or receive account.
 
If you're using the same device, IP, or domain, Google is fingerprinting you and linking the new accounts straight back to your old bans. You need an anti-detect browser (like AdsPower or Multilogin), clean residential proxies, and a completely fresh domain or a clean redirect to hide the footprint.

Also, "Unacceptable Business Practices" usually triggers for things like missing physical business addresses, fake warranties, or shady checkout pages, so make sure your lander looks 100% legit. As for your info, you can only use your personal ID and card for one account sequence, once that identity is flagged in their system, any new account you try to open with those same details will get insta-banned.
