My account has been suspended, even though I've been using it for over a year without any problems.

  • Your account has been suspended. Your account has violated the policy. Unacceptable business activities.
  • I've been using this account continuously for over a year. I work in the electric car sector, and then one day I received this notification. I've tried to appeal twice but haven't been successful. I'm part of the sales team at a car showroom and haven't violated any policies regarding fraud.
  • Can someone explain this to me?

If the appeal didn't work, just create a new account and accept the loss

I created two new accounts, with identical settings.

One account was locked due to payment system evasion.

Then I switched to a different Visa card and created account 2.

Account 2 ran for a week before being locked with the same reason as this account: "Your account has been suspended. Your account has violated the policy. Unacceptable business activities."

I don't know what to do now. Should I use a relative's information to create a new account? I think my information has been scanned.

This suspension is usually not about how long the account has been active. Google can suspend even old accounts if the system detects a risk. Google check not only the ads, but also business info, contact details, claims on the landing page, payment methods, and any mismatch between the ads and the site. If you already appealed twice, don’t keep sending the same appeal. First fix everything that could look suspicious, collect proof that your business is real, and then submit a detailed appeal with documents/screenshots.

Google’s automated systems can randomly flag accounts, especially in industries like vehicles, finance, or high-ticket sales.

It doesn’t always mean you committed fraud, most likely your account triggered a risk signal somewhere.

Try requesting a manual review with clear business proof, dealership details, and your official website/socials.

This type of suspension is often triggered automatically and doesn’t always mean you intentionally violated policies. Even old accounts can get flagged because of website trust issues, verification problems, payment inconsistencies, or policy updates.

I’d check:

- business verification details
- contact info consistency
- landing page claims
- domain/account security

Most appeals fail if Google doesn’t see enough proof of business legitimacy, so submitting proper company documents usually helps more.

Create a support ticket. From what you described, this looks like an automated suspension review rather than a clear policy violation. All good!

Someone may have reported you for copyright infringement, and Google's appeals process is ineffective.

Sometimes it’s not direct fraud but trust-related signals like landing page changes, policy wording, or account behavior shifts.
Unfortunately Unacceptable business practices is one of Google’s broadest and most frustrating suspension categories.

Aged account doesn’t guarantee safety anymore. I’ve had accounts run fine for months then suddenly get suspended after small changes. Usually happens when the new activity looks different from the account’s old pattern. Google’s systems are way stricter now compared to before.

That actually makes sense. Same setup across accounts makes it really easy for platforms to link them. Once one gets flagged, the rest usually follow.
If you had separated them from the start, you wouldn't have lost them all.

honestly google's been on a banning spree lately, even fully legit businesses are getting hit. the system is broken. appeals through the normal channel almost never work, u usually need to escalate through a rep or just start fresh with a new setup
