Eastern Europe + LatAm: Webcam Recruiting Funnel

I’m experimenting with a workflow where traffic is driven to interview-based funnels. The main GEOs I’m testing are Eastern Europe and Latin America.

I’m trying different approaches to improve:

• candidate attendance rates
• completion rates
• overall funnel efficiency

So far I’ve tried a mix of paid traffic, outreach campaigns, and direct platform work.

For context, this is in the webcam recruiting niche — a vertical that’s highly scalable and can be suitable even for newcomers, thanks to its straightforward funnel and strong demand.

I’m curious if anyone has experience with similar setups or automation tricks to streamline candidate scheduling and follow-ups.
