Upgraded XEvil to v7 and my reCAPTCHA v3 solve rate went NUTS — but what should I enable in Neural Network settings?

Hey guys, relatively new here so go easy on me

I've been running GSA SER for about 4 months now — started as a complete noob just hammering default settings and getting like 12 -25 verified links per hour ... Slow learner but I'm getting there.

Anyway the point of this thread.......................

I was running XEvil 6x for the longest time and honestly it was... okay? reCAPTCHA v3 was solving maybe 40-50% of the time on a good day. My SER verification rate was sitting around 8-11% which from what I've read on here is pretty average for someone not running premium lists.

Then two weeks ago I finally pulled the trigger and upgraded to XEvil 7.

Brothers. The difference is not subtle.

My reCAPTCHA v3 solve rate jumped to what looks like 78-85% range. I ran a 48hr test campaign on a fresh batch of targets — T2 contextuals, nothing crazy — and my verified count went from the usual ~130-180/day to 347 verified in the first 24 hours. Second day was 291 so a little drop-off but still WAY above what I was getting before. (in GSA i have pause X and i am building on good quality links / decent anchors / high quality content with opus )

SER verification percentage climbed to somewhere around 19-22% which again — I know you veterans are probably pulling 30%+ with premium verified lists and dialed-in settings — but for me this was a "holy crap" moment.

My actual questions:

  1. For those of you running XEvil 7 with GSA SER — which Neural Network modules do you have enabled? All of them? Just specific ones?
  2. Does enabling the GPU acceleration actually make a noticeable difference or is it one of those "sounds cool but doesn't really matter" features? I'm running a Solid SEO VPS so not sure if the GPU on those even supports it.
  3. The "training mode" thing confuses me — is that something I should leave on so it learns over time, or does it slow down solving speed? I read one old thread (from like 2023) saying to turn it off for speed but that was XEvil 5 so probably outdated advice.
  4. Anyone stacking XEvil with 2Captcha as a backup for the ones XEvil misses? I set that up but I'm not sure if the handoff is working properly — SER seems to retry with XEvil 3 times before sending to 2Captcha and by then the session's already timed out half the time.

My setup for reference:
  • GSA SER (latest)
  • XEvil 7 (latest build)
  • 10 semi-dedicated proxies from Rayobyte / cheap proxies as ser verified list provider suggest
  • ~10 threads per proxy
  • HTML timeout at 180s
  • Running GSA Captcha Breaker as first in chain → XEvil second → 2Captcha as last resort ( now i dont use gsa cb anymore as i see its like over killing so just GSA SER > Xevil 7 > human captcha (but only running for tier 1 high pa / da targets )

I know RankerX has its own built-in captcha handling and some guys swear by it, but I'm already deep into the SER ecosystem so I'd rather optimize what I have.

Any help would be massive. Even if you just tell me "leave Neural Network defaults alone you noob" that's still useful info at this point

Will update this thread if I figure anything out on my own in the meantime.

SolidSEO still in business? Lol, haven't used their service in a while.

GPU acceleration and increasing multithreads threshold improves performance, but like you said, change in difference might be negligible depending on your set-up. Back-up is advisable if you'd like to keep success rate above the GSA captcha breaker average.

Pro-tip: Sounds like you're running on default settings - try playing around with controls, patterns and wait times in order to decrease the footprint of your campaigns. For captcha retrieval try at least 5 times before moving on to the back-up service.

You should try using CAPTCHAs.IO

I don't think he should as he owns Xevil. I am using Xevil 6 and I would have to pay thousands of dollars if I use a SaaS tool for that. By using a desktop tool either Capmonster, Xevil or even your own Python simple script you can save that... Anyway your suggestion is good for someone who has single site and who's running GSA SER just to rank a single site not for many. Many who earn GSA SER own many websites and I personally running 60+ campaigns at a time

@AnnatoMax You don't need to bother about those core engines choose just basic captchas and you are good to go. Recaptcha works with the recaptcha addon so it's separate from neural network. Seems you are doing good

I'm using solid seo and hostgnome for my seo tools and running gsa. solid seo had nice offer on black friday for yearly plan so yeah i own 9 vpss from solid seo and 3 from hostgnome. they are pretty good and reliable company.

I find GPU is killing and no big improve on GSA engines so its better to use recaptcha model with xevil and it automatically breaks simple captchas.

@AnnatoMax follow this pro tip advice this is a gold mine. Don't fall for LPM marketing gimmicks just increase timeout on GSA (html timeout) as well like this fellow user said timeouts on recaptcha module in xevil.

For reCAPTCHA v3 specifically, GPU acceleration doesn't help — it matters for image-based challenges (v2 checkbox, hCaptcha) but v3 is score-based token solving, CPU handles it fine. Leave NN on defaults and turn training mode OFF in production; it adds latency and is meant for model updates, not live runs.

andhow do you get your links indexed actaully?

Thanks for the reply.

Can you tell me how to turn off training? I am new to Xevil, especially the latest. Currently it takes too much time to solve (after updating to v7).

Can you mind to share exact neurolink setup screenshot if you don't mind? Would be great for everyone. I wish they are from English speaking countries to get more help on documentation, or if GSA captcha breaker implements such capabilities lol

andhow do you get your links indexed actaully?

I am running 3 tier campaigns with GSA SER and most of the time allow them to get indexed naturally. I am not limited to Google while the primary traffic source is Google. Sometimes I use an indexer to index tier 1 links. I am struggling with optimizing Xevil not gsa lol

I have capmonster cloud and the time it solves very close to even slower than xevil . Just continue what you are doing no need to over kill the process.

See the mine Capmonster vs Xevil : Both are tie tie

note : i use capmonster only for do follow + PR 3+ (emulate)
