Manual Instagram account recovery

Many sellers offer a “manual Instagram account recovery” service... As far as I know, this involves communicating with support through verified accounts that have access to live chat, possibly also emailing Instagram support or using certain forms...

Can someone properly explain how to do this yourself? Or maybe there’s some specific working guide/instruction on how this is done?

Welcome to a world of scams. People prey on others to "get their account back" somehow (oh yeah and they have a secret method that they need you to pay up front with crypto too! lol.) If you aren't talking direct to instagram, good luck, you're guaranteed to lose both time and money.

Don't worry if you got banned, there is traffic elsewhere, just don't burn all your bridges everyehere you go, thats poor business, and the mark or a scammer, and discorgnaisd risk taker/waster.

One or 2 bans is what you should have as a max from all the main types of social and payment platforms. Otherwise you're not being smart, and exposing yourself to an empty desert. Best of luck.

In reality, accounts can be recovered through a META employee. I have a contact like that — he restored my entire Accounts Center by unbanning just one account.

He did it within 24 hours without access to my account.

But the price for accounts where the appeal has already been rejected is very high. On the other hand, accounts where no appeal has been submitted yet cost only $600 with a 100% unban guarantee.

The guys I know usually have someone working at IG as a rep. Hence the pricing for the service is so high. I know some guys who have their own big marketing agency and they constantly pay IG reps under the table to get their pages unbanned. Of course, eventually these IG reps get fired from their jobs.

I totally agree with you. Some people are preying on the unsuspected and they manage to get money from their victims upfront without offering real value by reinstating the accounts of their buyers. I also agree with your saying that you've gotta contact the Instagram support because they are the only ones who can help you.

Do u guys have anyone like that ? My instagram accounts are disabled. And my business is stopped completely

Do u know anyone ?? My accounts are disabled and want to get those unban please

Be cautious of that since Instagram staff are the ones that can help with the account recovery; and in case someone offers that, they are talking to a representee on your behalf. That is something that many users do and offer.

If there were a guaranteed "manual" way to recover an Instagram account, wouldn't everyone be doing it? It's likely a mix of luck, social engineering, and maybe a dash of insider knowledge, so good luck with that

That's right. If there was some guaranteed recovery trick, everybody would be doing it by now. Most recoveries are probably just persistence, getting the right support agent, and a bit of luck.

Most of those “manual recovery” guys are just using Meta verified/live chat support and pushing tickets until they get a good rep. There’s no real secret method honestly. Best thing you can do yourself is use the official hacked account forms, secure your mail/domain first, and contact support through a verified FB/IG account if possible.

Most of them just use Meta Verified support chat, appeal forms, and keep contacting support again and again. I don’t think there’s any secret method honestly.

Yes it works, but not always. It gives you access to actual support live chat, but you're still dealing with tier-1 support. It's a pure numbers game—you have to keep opening tickets, closing them if the rep is useless, and repeating the process until you land on a rep who actually understands the issue and has the clearance to escalate it properly.

Here in Brazil, they also offer direct calls to a Meta customer service representative, in the country where you live as well, or is it just text chat? I tested it a few times, it worked partially, I was able to recover some accounts with them, others not.

Are these "IG reps" who have power to unban account based in US or are they indian worker?
