PBNs Still work in some niches, especially short term and churn/burn projects, but the risk is much higher now. Google is better at detecting footprints, link patterns, and fake authority. Most low-quality PBNs get ignored or become liabilities over time.

PBNs still work in some niches, but they’re nowhere near as safe or easy as they used to be. In 2026, Google seems much better at detecting weak networks and artificial link patterns. A few high-quality, well-aged links can still move rankings, but relying heavily on PBNs is risky long term.

PBN's on BHW marketplace which accept hundreds and thousands of orders are close to useless, unless you're using them as tiered links. In rare exceptions when they do have a positive impact, it's typically shortlived and you're at major risk of ruin through future search updates.

The only PBN's I use these days typically cost anything from $250 to $XXXX per year, per link. (yes, 1).

Yeah, of course they are still effective. If you build a PBN correctly it will just appear as a few websites in the same niche. Vary up all of the signals and you shouldn't have to worry about getting spotted.
