Bulk DMs still work, just not like before. If you send too many, it’s a waste and accounts get blocked fast. What works now is sending less, targeting better, and making the account look normal first. Also, browser tools don’t last long. Using real devices setups works better and is more stable over time.

The method is still viable though more than ever account quality is important. The scale of accounts also has to be massive.

It still works for some people, but the game changed a lot. If you go too aggressive with automation, accounts usually get limited fast now.

Bulk DM still gets accounts limited fast because IG detects repetitive outreach patterns easy now. Cold outreach works better when its low volume and more manual style.

Go with Cold DMs now, Bulk DMs sent from spam accounts are just a waste. Instead send Outreach with Good Looking Warmed up Accounts.
-Make the Account look Legit, Add good posts, Profile Pic, Bio, Stories etc and send 25-50 Outreach DMs a day from each account, This will work way better than sending from blank accounts, My Clients have had good success with this method.

tried to do it in my case, however what i experience is that you need to rely on some counterparty where the problem lies - what is deliverability? are the messages being sent? etc, it can be made for sure, but i doubt if its bulk outereach because 90% of times you end up in message requests

Still works but the ceiling is way lower than 2 years ago. IG now flags DM-heavy behavior much faster on fresh accounts — 15-20 DMs/day max before trust triggers kick in. Aged accounts (90+ days with organic activity) can do 50-80/day. The real problem now is that IG's spam detection correlates DM content across accounts — same message from multiple profiles, even with spintax variations, gets pattern-matched. You need genuinely different messages per account, not just text spinning.

If you carefully craft your messages yes bulk DMs work. What I mean about this is that you can't send the same message to 10 or more people because IG will pick it up and shadow ban you fast.

They have a lot of high-success detection systems, including using AI. Anything you can come up with they will eventually detect. It's not worth it in my opinion

It can still work in some cases, but things have definitely changed over time.

Use Real Device Automation to send Dm;s. You can use API tools; however you might get the accounts flagged. However, in case you want to use them, then make sure to use safer settings by lower the limits to keep the accounts safe.
