Tiktok's algorithm is just being super bipolar lately, so hitting 20k is honestly just a total coin toss. I’d say focus on quality over spamming because the platform eventually catches on when you're just dumping random clips

I think you should pay attention to the topics currently trending in viral videos, extract the relevant keywords, and then create similar video content based on those terms. If you ensure the quality is high, you’ll find it much easier to attract significant traffic.
 
Your post really helped me thanks i also have a TikTok channel where i post one video daily at the exact same time but i have not gotten much success yet. Only one video suddenly crossed 500 views.

As you said posting 3 times daily might bring more views so i will try that too. If it does not work then it might be a spammy method that could reduce the channels reach.
 
Instead of spamming 4 posts, focus on 2 high-quality videos that encourage engagement (shares/comments) to maintain consistent reach
 
The key is to be consistent in your posting on a daily basis. You could post 1 or 3 or even 5 videos daily, but it is important to keep a fixed schedule of posting for TikTok AI to keep distributing your videos to the most suitable range of audience for your account.
 
From what I’ve seen, TikTok still tests each video on a small audience first. If engagement is strong, it gets pushed further, if not it dies early. That’s why one video can spike while others stay low. Lately, posting fewer but stronger videos seems to work better than just pushing volume.

TikTok is basically a lottery with better odds if your retention is solid. The 1k ceiling usually means the initial test group didn't engage enough to push it to the next tier. Instead of spamming 4 videos, maybe try A/B testing different captions or covers for the same style of content. It’s less about frequency and more about hitting that 'share' trigger.
 
Yeah, a lot of creators are seeing the same thing lately. TikTok still seems to “test” videos in small batches first, then selectively scales only a few. Multiple recent creator discussions describe one post randomly exploding while others from the same day barely move.

For me, 3–4 posts a day only works if the quality doesn’t drop. If the posts are rushed, it just burns through ideas. A better approach has been testing different hooks and angles around the same niche, then doubling down on the format that gets saves, comments, or full watches.
 
On some accounts, all posts appear on the Explore page; it's entirely account-specific. For example, when I share a video from my own account, it doesn't even reach 1k views; it stays at 500 views.
 
TikTok growth is different with location timing cause many from different locations trying to use TikTok on other geo need to know most engagement timing to upload content for views and engage.
