Ive seen a lot of animation channels being taken down even when they dont use ai and all, some documentry channels got taken down too, would i be affected?

Animated music videos are generally fine as long as you own or properly license the audio and visuals and don’t reuse copyrighted material. Channels usually get into trouble when content is reused, misleading, or violates copyright/monetization policies.

Animated videos are fine issues usually come from reused or low-value content, not the format itself
Focus on original visuals, unique edits, and added value to avoid getting flagged as inauthentic.

You could be affected, but it usually depends less on the niche and more on how reused/low-effort the channel looks. Animation/documentary channels get hit when they use the same clips everyone else uses, weak narration, stock footage with no real added value, copyrighted visuals/audio, or mass-produced templates. If your content has original scripts, original editing, your own voice/commentary, proper sourcing, and each video clearly adds something new, you’re much safer. No niche is 100% safe, but original value + clean assets is what matters most.

That only happens when you re-use content from other channels, YT is perfectly fine with you generating AI slop and posting it as long as you’re not duplicating.

No one can really guarantee how platforms decide what to take down, so it’s always a bit unpredictable. The safest approach is to keep your content clearly original, consistent, and within what the platform expects, and avoid anything that could be flagged as reused or misleading.
