does anyone know a good fiat to crypto OTC with low fees? i know some go for 8% or even 3%, but I'm curious if there's anything cheaper out there. want to convert a lot of cash due to the war.

Any exchange can do this part of job. But kyc.
If you need no kyc so comission is 3-5% usually

Use p2p websites like noon or you can use Crypto.com directly to buy in cheaper
