How to fix "multiple policy violations" on Ad Manager?

Our domain got disapproved by Google Ad Manager due to multiple policy violations. We were applying for Ezoic. But now stuck at this stage where the domain got disapproved. Can this be fixed? Our business is legitimate, and we can't change this domain.

Yes, it can be fixed—but you need to clean things up first.

Google usually flags content issues (thin/duplicate content, policy-violating pages, bad ads, etc.). Go through your site, remove or fix anything risky, improve content quality, and make sure you’re fully compliant with their policies. After that, request a review.

Check Ad Manager policy report, remove/clean any thin, scraped, or risky content, fix UX issues (ads density, popups), and make sure policies (privacy, contact, about) are solid. Then reapply. If it’s a severe or repeated violation, it can take multiple attempts.
