How do you warm up account?
It's an add account, how can you "warm-up" the account besides running the ad.

ur hardware or ip is definitely flagged. meta's bots already linked ur new profile to the old banned one. adding a card just triggered the final check.

u need a solid anti-detect browser (like ads/dolphin) and clean residential proxies. also, dont use the same card on different accounts, its an instant ban. try to warm up the new profile for a few days before even opening the ad manager.

Have you previously added your credit card to any accounts? Are you using an advertising account in the same country as your credit card? These factors can significantly impact your account when adding the card.

I would check for any pending verification requests and review the account quality section.

Please ensure your activity is performed using a stable and independent IP address.

This also needs to be done within an anti-detection browser.

Furthermore, new accounts are highly sensitive to payment methods during creation
