Using trusted platforms like Netlify, Vercel and Cloudflare can help with indexing and visibility, but simply redirecting traffic to a main site is not a guaranteed ranking boost. In the long run, content quality, relevance, and real authority signals still matter most.

Than can work for quick indexing and some extra visibility , especially on strong platforms . But without real backlinks to your main site , rankings usually do not hold for long . Feels more like a short term push than a solid long- term strategy .

The whole internet is built by user suggestions and data so whatever its AEO / SEO / LLM optimization you name it need citation which comes with a link back to it (backlink) unless you are working on super low or the information you are working on super brand new you won't be able to dominate. Building backlinks makes easier with AI. Nowadays you can generate high quality content 100% free with models, you can simply automate the entire process hands off why not to build backlinks? You don't need fancy guest posts or so called authoritative backlinks just create few buffer sites your own and link back to your site and then build / automate the t2 - t3 with seo tools. Either GSA SER, Ranker X, Zenno etc can automate the process

You might see a faster indexing and a short term traffic spike but this is reputation abuse and you most likely will get hit (if done on a large scale).

This is a clever way to leverage the trust these platforms already have with Google. Parasite SEO is definitely still effective for quick indexing, but do you find the conversion rate drops much when you redirect visitors, or is it better to just keep them on the authority platform as long as possible?

This strategy works well because Google trusts those high authority subdomains for indexing. Just be careful with the redirects to ensure the traffic stays relevant to your main site. It is a solid way to build authority without chasing expensive links. 
Mate this works short term but redirects from authority subdomains get flagged fast, especially Vercel and Netlify, they have been cracking down on this all year. Even when it works, you are borrowing authority not building it, the moment the redirect breaks or the host pulls the page your traffic is gone.
