If you have high volume and you use a new sp or something you gonna be banned.
You need aged stripe or Shopify paiement with KYC pass etc...
Or use multi-cloaking with several stores

If you're doing high volume you need payment orchestration with multiple cc processors to distribute the transactions. if you just use 1 stripe or 1 shopify payments you have a single point of failure.

I feel you. for replicas I've only been able to run it with a rental agency. They provide paypal and stripe, manage it on their own and know how to avoid ban by using cloaking. I worked with irongatepays, you can check if they suit you.
