No, it's not allowed. Virtual cards are fake cards not owned by anyone. So, it's fine to use them. Carding is theft and is not allowed here.

But bypassing systems with virtual cards and edu emails is usually allowed. Blackhat gives us a little more freedom but we should still respect and follow the laws.
