I started posting on that instagram account for five days only, with one reel a day, nothing automated. I manually posted, write captions everything using Edits app. And now, OUT OF NOWHERE, no warnings, no reason, they just suspended my account. There are thousands of AI accounts doing fine, but why am I banned? Just while my account was really doing well with 2k followers in only five days and over 200k views. Now, all of it is gone.

This is really frustrating. I did not even accept any dms or did anything scammy, or repetitive yet this happens. I know there is no chance to have it back probably but, how should this really be done? What could've I done to prevent this from happening?

you likely got caught by growth + pattern detection, not something you intentionally did wrong

This is really frustrating, how long should i wait out until I make or use any other new account to start posting and what should I avoid?

Using such tools is usually considered spam on the platform, so the platform will lock your account.

That’s frustrating, especially when you were growing fast and keeping everything manual. In situations like this, it often comes down to platform automation flags or rapid growth patterns that trigger suspicion even when nothing wrong is done.

It's clear that Instagram's automation flags and rapid growth patterns can trigger account suspensions, even when no rules are intentionally broken. I've seen this happen to manual posters who just get too aggressive with their growth, and it's not uncommon for new accounts to get flagged. Running an AI model account as a virtual influencer can be a good way to go, but transparency is key - disclosing AI-generated content and avoiding impersonation or nudity can help avoid violations. What's also important is avoiding spammy behavior, like fake engagement or mass fake accounts, which can lead to a ban. Creating high-quality, engaging content and slowly building a following can help minimize the risk of suspension. It's also worth noting that using AI-generated content can be okay, as long as it's labeled and doesn't violate other platform policies.

did you think manually posting with the edits app every day raised some red flags with instagram or was it just a random suspension?

It looks like an automated ban - this can happen with new accounts that grow quickly in activity.
Sometimes it’s just a system error, even if you didn’t break any rules. Unfortunately, it can’t always be fully prevented.

I think AI models are really frowned upon by IG. Big accounts also got suspended so you're not alone.

i think there are many ai models now and instagram is watching and turning them down because new influencers and users arent getting that engagement which is usefull

Also, all the users reporting AI models do not help keeping them from being safe...

What do you mean? What do you mean by "such" tools? There are thousands of AI girl accounts with over million followers doing just fine.

did you think manually posting with the edits app every day raised some red flags with instagram or was it just a random suspension?
This was so random, I did not get any of my content down, the account was super clean. And posting with Edits app is recommended itself by Instagram, so i think it's just growth pattern and Instagram's shitty AI moderation doing its job.

Edits app is recommended, likely growth patterns and overly sensitive AI moderation. Feels random—no content removed, account was clean.

Fast growth on a new account often triggers Instagram flags, even if everything is manual. It can look suspicious to their system. next time, grow slower, vary content, and let the account age a bit before pushing hard.

No matter for any existing or non existing rationale for the ban.

Today's meta AI moderation practices are highly erroneous.

I've recently got a FB account that I used for 15 Years, mostly for business, with 500 + business contacts - with no foul play, banned and appeal denied.

Fortunately, was able to re-instate it through an actual human intervention, contact at FB from our media buyer.

Confirming that there was no reason for the ban whatsoever - it was an AI error.

AI-generated girls and models have become increasingly common these days. In many cases, it’s extremely difficult to distinguish between what is real and what is artificially created, as both their appearance and behavior seem highly realistic. What makes the situation more concerning is that some of these accounts are even verified with blue ticks, which can mislead users into believing they are authentic. This trend has the potential to create significant issues in the future, particularly around trust, authenticity, and online transparency.

Are the videos you uploaded containing untrue content, which is why they will be quickly blocked?
