If you want google to index your new site quickly, the first thing to do is go to google search console, which is free, and verify your domain, there, you can upload your sitemap so google knows how your content is organized, if you use wordpress, SEO plugins will generate the sitemap automatically.
After uploading the sitemap, google will have a list of all your important pages, for urgent pages, you can use the url inspection tool in search console, paste the address, and probably the link, and request that it be indexed, this has a daily limit, so use it only for what really matters, it also helps to have internal links connecting your pages, if google finds a link from a page it already knows, it will discover the new one faster. In the end, patience and a clean structure are what will get you far, not magic shortcuts that promise results in hours.

Yeah, it does help with indexing. Sitemaps are mainly for discovery, while good internal linking helps Google crawl and index pages faster. Social sharing might give a slight boost, but it’s not a major factor.
