I am not sure if it's black hat or white hat or gray hat. But I can say tiered link building works, link wheel strategy works. You can easily automate those campaigns if you own GSA Search Engine Ranker, XEVil or cloud service to break CAPTCHAs (death by captcha , 2captcha etc.., access to any decent AI model to generate content and data sets or simply sub for SEO content machine or GSA content generator and after all create a damn tier 2 or tier 3 projects. If you're trying on new website build blogspots, Reddit page or any buffer site and link to your money site then blast off buffer site with tier 1. There are a lot of knowledge about this strategy here. This is what I have been doing for the last one and a half decades. It's all automated and you are safe to rock. But if you are new don't build backlinks directly to money site.. just create few buffer sites like I mentioned then do it. Later on you can blast directly to the money site whenever you feel safe. Don't stop and give up I mean whenever you see results keep link building. Run your project 24/7 from day 1.

Keyword stuffing means overusing keywords in a way that feels forces,while cloaking shows different content to search engines and users.Practices like buying low quality backlimks hiding text or copying content are all used to manipulate rankings unfairly.Using Pbns,auto generate low value content might bring quick results,but they offer no real value to users.

I am running a 6 tier project with GSA directly to Reddit page and it's ranking under 3 months. It brings some decent traffic. On the other hand, I have a website where I blast directly using GSA and still it gets traffic but mostly from DuckDuckGo but it's pretty decent traffic and I earn with Amazon affiliates. Now I am thinking to automate Reddit pages too then I can blast directly with GSA to it so all automated.

i used to build 7 tiers and lately i feel like it's overkilling. Now i don't do more than 3 tiers and anyway that's me. You are right reddit is so great and you can easily rank them with few hundreds of backlinks and LLMs love those citations. Yeah it's sad people always try to dominate google while duckduckgo kind of search engines are easy to dominate and getting quality targeted. specially niches like warez, movies or 3rd world country niches
