Indian VCC for non residents

Hi. I've been checking BHW for a while and I finally decided to register to create this post.
I need help with purchases in Indian rupees. I'm looking for any website/wallet/UPI to pay for Spotify, Steam, Crunchyroll, and possibly other platforms. I know I'ts a bit tricky since I'm from South America but I'd really appreciate it if you have any tips.
I'm open to other possibilities or recommendations too. I need to get the vccs or accs one way or another.

Wallet and upi are tied to cellphone number. If you can get a phone number you can open a wallet and upi. You may need a cellphone emulator. Now a days most wallet and upi providers/banks try to do kyc.
Very few bank offer just the vcc, most offer bank cc with digital option, so again you may have to do kyc. Buying vcc could be an option. Or partner with a local and do some kind of revenue sharing.
