$174 377 from Instagram automation in less than 12 months [AMA]

hey everyone,

I've been working with Instagram and Twitter automation since 2022. There have been ups and downs but it looks like I have found a solid set-up for running things on IG.
Most of this was made with IG -> OnlyFans funnel.

Two types of systems were used:

IG mass likes -> link in bio -> directly to free OF -> mass DM conversion to paid OF
IG mass dm's -> main IG account with DM converting -> directly to paid OF

As the title suggests - ask me anything.

1) Where do you get free and paid OF accounts. Affiliate networks, agency, individuals?
2) how much traffic did you send?
3) how do you track the OF conversion?

1) An in-house model verified them for us. Both free and paid accounts need to be verified by a real person (the same person visible in the content).
2) To instagram1 (this was mainly mass likes with some period of mass follows as well) this was around 100million actions which converted in 1.2mil link clicks -> $142 251 (around 3% conversion rate); instagram with mass dm's and some IG liking as well. Total sent DM's were were in the range of 4-5 mil -> around 4% converted into main conversations -> around 16k conversations on the main account -> around 3k free subs + there were some small tests of likes. Hence the higher average revenue per fan.
3) OnlyFans offer their tracking links. For the one visible in the screenshot im using onlymonster.

do you pay ads or full organic? how much total account u manage? and do you mass posting with diffrent account too?

This is not ads nor is it full organic. It's IG automation (mass actions - likes, follows, DM's).

About accounts it depends on the workload - I don't like having more than 50k in my active roster in case a big ban comes in.

About action frequency - it really fluctuates monthly, sometimes im able to push 200 likes with one account in one go and then on other periods i can't push out more than 2 likes. You really need to constantly be checking out several things simultaneously. Different batches of accounts, different conditions, and methods.

That's the question I wanted to ask! What program do you use for IG automation? Do you use a custom solution or is there an automation software that is readily available for the job? Also do you use dedicated proxies and anti detect browsers? Last but not least how many accounts do you group under 1 proxy if you're using proxies?

those are some solid numbers.

for the mass dm setup how are you dealing with the crazy ban rates lately? feel like ig just instantly nukes child accounts the second they try to send anything promotional in dms right now.

are you using 4g/5g mobile proxies with heavily aged accounts or just churning through hundreds of cheap fresh ones and accepting the high ban rate as a cost of doing business?

I do interest in promoting adult offer using social media app profiles but not having experience in making traffics on any of the apps,making mass likes and other automation bot are needed to secure such spoofing for traffic convert in both short and long term.

everything is done with mobile proxies. I try to do everything from the same country. I have proxies all over the place to diversify the IP pool (IP quality is very important for having your accounts alive after registration).

ban rates - they come and go in waves. Sometimes I just need to deal with them and wait out the storm.

That's correct, insta dm's bomb with grey/blackhat offers.

Very noob question but I always read about starting onlyfans.
How do you get paid if you recruit some models to register? The linked account for payout is in their name, not yours. And as far as I know onlyfans doesn't offer any affiliate platform to recruit girl and get revenue share.
It's very basic but how does it works?

You just have good relationship with the model, sure the OnlyFans is in their name but if you pick Paxum as a payment processor you can set-up a split payment where Paxum automatically sends your share to your Paxum account. Though a contract between you and the model must be drafted.

Most recruiting agencies when they are onboarding fresh models do it by registering them under their affiliate links. That's how they are making money + the contract fee for finding the model a suitable agency.

May I ask how you started this journey? How did you find and connect with OnlyFans models and sign contracts with them? What were your initial costs—how much did you spend on models at the beginning, and how much did you invest in creating and growing Instagram accounts? When you first started, approximately how many Instagram accounts were you using?

I have several models. The one whose screenshots you see are from a personal friend of mine. However, I have several models whose contracts I purchased on marketplaces (contracts average from $200 to $1000 depending on several factors) though they are hit or miss (mostly hit for me). I have had a couple who disappeared with several thousand in pending balance and blocked me everywhere.. you win some - you lose some. Most underrated strategy for getting new models - just be good at what you are doing (shocking, I know). Models have tendency to brag about their income to their friends. If you leave a good impression as decent human being and as a good business partner - you will never have problems with model leads.

The pricing of my set-up heavily fluctuates based on the cycle. On a more stable period i'd spend 5-7k on accounts (emails and sometimes phone numbers). They may last for weeks, other times it's a couple of days, or they can get banned the same day. It's important to do periodic testing. I mostly work with autoreg accounts. I age the accounts only for a couple of weeks but it's enough to get the notification through. I have my own mobile proxies.

Mostly make them myself. If you know brut market you'll know that they are passed around like crazy. One day you have all of them but by the next day 40% have gotten their passwords changed, 30% have their bios, links, and pfp's changed and only the remainder have the initial settings (for now). Private suppliers are extremely rare nowadays and if you find one - be ready to pay the top dollar.

What's your proxy-to-account ratio for the DM setup? In my experience mobile 4G proxies (1 per 5-7 accounts) outlast residential by a wide margin for IG DMs — they register as real mobile users. Rotating residential gets flagged faster because Instagram tracks behavioral fingerprints of IP ranges over time, not just the IP type on the first request.

That is a massive return for a year of work, but relying entirely on OF funnels feels like a ticking time bomb since IG is always cracking down on that. You should definitely start diversifying your traffic sources so you don't lose everything if your accounts get nuked

How do you manage publishing large amounts of content?

1) it's only results from IG for one page of the model.

2) They flag my accounts, that's why I need scale (simultaneously running 20-50k accounts).

I run my own mobile proxies (droidproxy). I have them thrown around the whole country to get the maximum out of IP pool. Renting mobile proxies from other sellers long-term is expensive.

I run max 5 accounts simultaneously - mobile proxies only.

Thanks for the suggestion and I totally agree with you on this one. I'm doing my traffic funnels with other adult content platforms where the accounts are less likely to be flagged or banned. Though with platforms like IG running phone automation becomes more important than ever. Doing API only can be quite expensive if done alone and as a sole inbounding traffic.

I don't publish content at all (except changing pfp). I run everything with IAM and my own mobile proxies.
