Starting Porn Site - Traffic from Twitter Account with 300k followers

Currently, I looking into ways of monetizing this traffic. I have considered either doing affiliate links or creating a full-on free porn website and making money from running ads. I wanted to ask about the legal aspect. A lot of people are mentioning 2257 Law and storing IDs. Is that really necessary? I am not gonna allow user uploads, just reuploading content myself from famous tube sites.
