there are many mehtods to check quality of sites for guest post
1 - you can check in semrush site history...check previous site traffic is stable or fluctuate..
2- check moz DA score is mainipulated or stable
3 - check traffic Graph ahref traffic ...
4 - check site age ...site authority increase with age...if site age 3 month and authority high, it means something is wrong , spamy....
