On the accounts — if you grab a batch like 10, they don’t expire, so you can activate them whenever it suits you, even spread out over a few months. No rush to use them all at once.

The MCC is registered in Cyprus and top-ups are VAT-free, so no extra tax on top. Verification is on us, so you don’t have to deal with that part at all.
