My AI OFM Business Journey

Hello, I'll go straight to the subject. I am a 24 year old Greek guy who lives in a cave with a pc. My goal is to work myself relentelesly everyday untill i master something. Right now I believe understanding AI content creation is my bet for this.
Today:
I decided to learn and advance the content creation with ComfyUI. Today I watched some tutorials on basic workflows and models, and I practice on a platform that rents GPU's since its too heavy for my pc. The main goal right now is creating content for marketing on social media. Since I will do the OFM niche, posting catchy reels and shorts has to be first priority. I see people act and win just by using online platforms and nanobanana, do i plan to go to this side of 'buying the way into success'? hell no, but I have learnt some basic stuff from these people. So for the social media, country target will be usa, using a proxy+new device+sim card to get usa traffic from the go.

Tomorrow Plans:
Planning to generate a character lora for ComfyUI. I will use nanobanana pro on higgsfield to generate a 30 image dataset.

What sim card are you trying to use? An USA physical one or a virtual one? I hope you’re not using a Greek one

Why are you struggling with Comfy? I’m not saying that learning it it’ll be a bad thing, actually it’ll help you a lot, but you’ll spend a lot of time learning how to create or update a custom workflow for different type of content.

Basically you’ve to focus more on social media marketing because that is the key.
Another thing that you’ve to take in consideration is how to warm up your accounts in order to avoid the disabled problems and also to be able to get a good traffic from US - the proxies, a fresh new phone and a sim card alone will not do a magical job, basically using that setup you’ll get only US audience but you can end up with 200 views without a proper warmup.

Do you plan to be in charge of the conversion process (warm up the leads and convert them) and also for the chatting part in Fanvue or other places?
I’m asking because you’ve to be ready for that part too.

Don’t just create content, in the meantime set up your social media platforms too, to be able to warm them up for a while.

Wish you the best of luck. Im from Albania planning to start as soon as possible but I’m trying to gather the most basic information around these forums before starting. To be honest i don’t wanna rush for the monetization goal and act foolish. I’d rather focus on the journey and process and let the action define my success.

Unfortunately I cannot DM you because I have a beautiful warning applied to my account for promoting my business.
In one of my posts, that has been closed by a moderator, you can check the moderator statement.

So basically without a Jr. Vip you cannot share your tg username in dms (even if someone will ask you) because you’ll get a warning, with a Jr. VIP of course that you can.
If someone will ask you to join your team, maybe you read that I’m building a team, and you’re explaining the conditions, that means that you are selling something and of course another astonishing warning.

So without that status this forum is very restrictive. And it’s not about the safety of the users because you can scam people even with a Jr. Vip (check the disputes). So it’s about the money, that small amount.

The problem is that in my business like this one you cannot share NSFW content in DMs (if someone ask for examples) on BHW because it’s forbidden.

So the point is after the last warning I decided to be active in this forum just to reply to some posts (when I will have time and I want to do it) and help others.

Following this. Greek cave + relentless work is a solid combo.

One thing that will save you a lot of time with ComfyUI: don't try to master it from scratch. CivitAI has community workflows you can load directly and tweak. Get a consistent face/body combo working first, then worry about style variation later. Consistency across 50+ pics is what matters for OF growth, not variety in poses or outfits.

For OF early stage: forget traffic for the first few weeks. Get 10-15 subscribers any way you can, talk to them directly, find out exactly what they want to see. Then optimize the content around that before scaling traffic. Most people do it backwards and waste money on promotion before the page is even converting.

ComfyUI knowledge will pay off long term though, especially for video generation. Just don't let it slow down your first sales.

Hello, today i decided to get out of the cave, I was sick too few days... Tbh i spent 99% of my time on learning comfyui, im still learning but as someone said above, this takes time and you also experiment a lot. A tip that helped me was to start with a simple text to image workflow, and work around it. The frustration of understanding it, even though you dont need to understand how a workflow works when generating content, is the slow but true way. Anyways back to the subject

Today: I trained a character lora for my model, using a nanobanana pro dataset (about 27 images) for Z-image-Turbo. It worked, the consistency was unquestionable and quality too. I almost adopted this as my main workflow for images, but then got reminded that this whole thing was to be able to generate realistic nsfw images, and it was bad, deformed limbs, weird private parts etc. So I did a research on civitai to find some nsfw loras, and went back and forth with them. Had to adjust a new z-image-turbo nsfw workflow, very similar to the main one(nsfw lora added), and yes this fixed it. For the video generations, I joined few discourd groups and found few workflows from some generous people, so planning to optimize one for my niche soon. Just for testing, I will use a Wan2.2 video workflow inside ComfyUI. Old model but hey, maybe works who knows, but I heard open source video models arent so generous yet for the realism check, kinda like veo3 or kling3 which are op. Seedance 2.0 will also take the lead soon.

Also, (because I might do the mother-daughter method with spam account) with viral reels I will research ideas for controversial vids, tiktok dances, hook videos then my model, lipsync vids, omegle vids etc etc. Since the NSFW is a strong niche visually, and many users are males, anything that drives attention isnt bad for the wanted targeted audience.

Today: im still warming up the accounts, and in few days planning to start posting. saved some content that id like to recreate for my model. generated a bunch of images from my workflow in comfyui, planning to put them in a n8n automation to automate posting on pinterest and other sm maybe. the lora i did on the before post, was kinda inconsistent on the body, and ig not ideal for this niche since ill need mostly full and half body shots, and then inpaint them for the nsfw part. So while warming up, ill step up my image generation skill first! then video...still not sure if kling is just worth the money+time. But again im acting on the skillsets while people already make money, kinda weird feeling, even though it helps in the longrun to not give up so easily.

tomorrow plans: test few video workflows in comfyui, understand them too. if motion control is as good as kling, then it will be fire for tiktok posts.

But I'd be very curious regarding the actual multi-account posting setup part.

Have a solution for Instagram that I'd like to test, but the setup is not all that trivial.

Would have two questions:

Did you register all accounts as new?

Used any sort of third party sms verification system to verify the new accounts?
