Ai made bing even worse. It's hard to outsmart bing these days. The whole game has shifted towards quantity of account now. If you have good inventory you can still make it out with bh bing ads

Not dead, just way harder for BH now. Microsoft has been cracking down heavy, they removed 1B+ ads for violations, so enforcement is way stricter
You can still run, but only if your setup is clean and looks legit, lazy cloaking/blackhat gets burned fast.
Most guys moved to cleaner angles or use Bing just for testing/backup, not main scaling anymore.

Yeah ads on Bing are dead. That's why I'm no longer interested in running ads there because most of the time it turns out to be useless
The project I have it will still give a good profit just tell me in display ads cloakers are working ?
Can you drive traffic and I will redirect from my website to my bsod script or can campaign still run like before if it stays 5 days also it's enough

After a period of testing, I stopped because it didn’t deliver the expected results. Bing Ads is not really suitable for my country.

Cloaking still work perfectly on Display Ads to answer your question.
What about driving usa aus and uk traffic to my website age 65+ any content can it run atleast for 1 week without getting banned what u think. ?

This is fairly easy. Getting 1k clicks isn't too much of a deal. You'll need to do some cloaking properly.
