SMS ACTIVATION SERVICE​

Important - Number Retention:
SMS Activation numbers work for approximately 24 hours. We do not store numbers for more than 24 hours. Recommend requesting a repeat SMS immediately after receiving the first one, as numbers can be removed at any time.

Refund Policy - SMS Activation:
Refund is processed to user balance when number is cancelled if the SMS was not received.
If you cancel active number manually and no SMS was received - funds returned to balance immediately.
If you do not cancel manually and no SMS received - funds automatically returned to balance within 5 minutes after order expiration of 10 minutes.
We recommend canceling orders immediately if SMS not received.

Refund Policy - Phone Number Rental:
Refunds not issued for working numbers as service is functioning correctly. Full refund only possible if issue caused by problem on Codessender side such as number never receiving SMS, number disconnected by carrier during rental, or technical failure preventing number from working.

Partial refund for last operation only may be issued if issues arise on our side after extension or restoration.

Important: if you no longer need number and no SMS was received, you can request 70% refund within first 24 hours of rental.

To request refund: Contact support via Telegram or Live Chat, provide rental order ID, confirm no SMS received. Refund processed to balance within 24-48 hours if approved.
