Making $0 -$300 a day with pop traffic

3 years.

The main offer died.I used to buy traffic and send it to Affiliate Network 1 (which generated about 50% of my turnover). Then I would send the same traffic to Offer 2 and Offer 3.I was doing the same thing with hundreds of different ad campaigns on PopAds.

Then one morning Affiliate Network 1 suddenly stopped their offer, and my whole traffic monetization scheme collapsed.I spent around $1,000 trying to rebuild it (testing different offers and methods), but nothing worked. So, I stopped altogether.
They stopped the offer most likely because they did not get profit for it.
Following this as I've done some ads arbitrage myself in the past and I think it's very hard nowadays.

I curious to see how you work with popads because they have a lot of bots. Best of luck!
Just use a tracker to exclude any bad-quality websites. My rules are simple: if it works, I scale it. If it doesn't work, I tweak it. The biggest thing for me is to find an offer that would convert with pop traffic.

How do you use trackers to analyze bad quality websites?

Set up any tracker you like (BeMob, Binom, Keitaro, etc.) and send traffic through it. With proper tracker configuration, you’ll be able to identify website IDs. A small number will convert, while the majority won’t. Then you can go inside your ad campaign and exclude the IDs of the websites that do not convert.

That's very useful information you just shared. I will do it.

I think you're using a personal account. Facebook often blocks personal advertisers.

You should try using a Facebook whitelist account rental.

Yes, I run ads on Facebook, and the ROI is quite good. I run ad arbitrage, Facebook Ads to Google AdSense, on adult sites using cloaking.

What kind of offers convert with pop traffic? Are you using smart links or any specific offers?
I used adult dating, cams, smartlinks, and drove traffic to push subscriptions. But now I struggle to optimize it for profit. I am testing different offers. If I find anything converting, I'll let you know.

This post is against PopAds. net. I analyzed recent traffic and found that they send around 20-50% bot traffic. Seems like their bot filtering system is broken. That means half of the traffic will never convert—and worse, it can get an affiliate account banned for sending bot traffic. Because of this, I’ll most likely stop advertising on PopAds.

I also tested PopCash, and it was full of bots as well.

For now, I’m testing Adsterra. It looks like roughly 1% bot traffic, so there may be room to optimize. We’ll see how it performs.

In the back of my mind, I’m also considering switching back to Google Ads or Facebook Ads, but we’ll see.

Used to run pop-ups for a while. Sweepstakes are great to run but they also die pretty fast

I think it’s because when the numbers are lower, it’s easier for my mind to work toward $300 a day, whereas $3,000 a day, even though it’s better, feels too distant right now. In affiliate marketing, it’s definitely possible to jump to higher numbers. The best I’ve done is $1,500 in a single day, and that happened very fast.

For now, I wouldn’t stop something if it’s producing ROI. But realistically, to earn $3,000 a day, I think I’d need to learn how to promote more lucrative and expensive offers—like information products from “gurus” or even things like jet rentals. I actually tried that and ended up losing thousands without making any sales. I guess the reason is that the more expensive the product you promote, the bigger budget you need to absorb failures before you succeed.
I used to promote quick cash offers on Facebook, and it was working fine until I got banned. Then I promoted credit card offers, which also worked. I didn’t make a crazy ROI—maybe around 50%—but in the end, another account got banned. After that, I figured out that Facebook just likes to ban users from time to time.

I know some companies provide ad accounts for a 10–15% fee, but I’m not sure what to promote on Facebook anymore. Do you run Facebook ads? Do you have any ideas on what could be profitable to promote there?
Popads and Adsterra. How about you?
I did. Then they banned me (and I don't know why). Anyway, I didn't find success with them.

Sometimes affiliate marketing and traffic arbitrage are tough. And I think that now, as a fully grown adult with three children and running out of cash, the stakes are on a whole new level. Before, I could fail. Now, it’s impossible to fail.

Over decades of experience, I’ve coached some people up to a $5k income, but nobody really talks about recovering from failure. When things crash and the old scheme stops working, the desire to give up increases. But action-takers win anyway. You can’t fail forever—and neither can I.

If salespeople in the past knocked on doors to pitch their products, today we have an incredible opportunity to reach millions of people and pitch products and services without even showing up.

So I’m thinking of giving pop traffic $1,000. If I spend that amount and don’t see any profitable campaigns I can scale, I’ll switch to Google Ads and Facebook Ads as alternatives. I know I’ll have to waste money there as well before seeing success, but that’s the process.

I guess sometimes I behave too impulsively… but the world of affiliate marketing is tough. The first time I made $2k a day, the next day the company disappeared and I never saw my payout. Another time, I hit $1.5k a day (after three years of hard work), and the next day the advertising company banned me. For some reason, it’s always like this.

I’ve tried Google Ads and Facebook Ads before, but constant bans for BH or GH offers (I couldn’t make WH work) kept me out of those platforms. Maybe I had the wrong expectations. Before, I thought I could work on autopilot—but that was a pipe dream.

For now, I’m spreading my efforts across pop-under traffic, Google Ads, and maybe Facebook Ads. But I need to make it work. Otherwise, this thread is here to keep me consistent and accountable—to show those who were lied to by “gurus” selling easy money, and to show a select few that with persistence and determination, success does come.

So I’ll try to optimize pop-under traffic for profit and test Google Ads for BH offers (I’ll try pay-per-lead as well as other angles).

Postingan ini ditujukan untuk mengkritik PopAds.net. Saya menganalisis lalu lintas terbaru dan menemukan bahwa mereka mengirim sekitar 20-50 % lalu lintas bot . Tampaknya sistem penyaringan bot mereka rusak.

Hei can u share screenshot of your adsterra traffic? are its really just 1% traffic bot?

3.7 % conversion rate is pretty impressive for pop traffic. What's the offer you're running?

I just started there. For now, bots are up to 2%. But I don’t think traffic from there would fit what you’re doing. I think for Google AdSense to count a viewer, they have to interact with the website. Pop-under traffic comes and goes if nothing grabs their attention.

Push subscription (then the ad network monetizes them). The goal is to buy push subscribers for less than they’re worth, but the problem is you never really know. Some crazy clickers might be worth $1, others $0.01. There are average numbers inside the ad network I monetize with, but it depends on the traffic source. After the user either passes or doesn’t pass the push subscription page, I send them to Smartlinks (adult, sweeps). For now, I haven’t found a super-converting offer—still playing around. Did you try to convert pop traffic? Any success with any offers?
