That’s a dead giveaway that the algorithm has finally moved past the "spam 50 pins a day" era. It feels like Pinterest is finally rewarding actual aesthetic value and relevance rather than just brute force. One high-quality, high-click-through pin now seems to have more staying power than a hundred average ones.

Have you noticed if specific aspect ratios or video pins are getting that quality boost more than static images lately, or is it purely about the engagement rate?
 
Totally agree on the save rate being the big one now. if people are saving it, it means they actually want to come back to it later, which is way more valuable than just a quick click. honestly, the whole "quality over volume" thing just screams caching strategy. if your content is good, it's gonna get saved and re-shared, building up that sweet, sweet evergreen traffic
 
Recently, I’ve been posting less frequently and focusing more on the depth and quality of my content, and the results have been very encouraging.
 
Earlier there was a demand for content, so pinterest prioritised quantity to reach most people. Now AI made bulk image generation easy, so they're trying to filter low quality pins. High quality posts always work in all platforms.

Interesting. I've definitely noticed saves seem to matter more than they used to. One thing I'm still not sure about is the video push. Are you actually seeing better traffic from video pins, or just more impressions?
 
A few good pins with fresh creatives seem to last much longer than publishing lots of similar ones every day.

This is something that i m in agreement with. The impression is that pinterest is rewarding more unique useful content than just producing more of the same thing. what has also become evident is that spending the extra bit of effort to produce unique content nd keeping it relevant works much better than publiishing a huge amount of simillar pins.
