Thank you for your answer, shijjn. I read your entire thread from start to finish; it was an intense process, but very informative. I want to get into this business too; when I have everything prepared, I will start a journey thread just like yours and mention that I was inspired by you.
I have two plans
1- Finding a real model for OF
2- Creating an AI model for Fanvue.( I want to do this until I find a real OF model, at least so my time won't be wasted

)
I have a few specific questions I'm hoping you can clear up:
1. On Fanvue: What’s your take on it? I’ve seen some people claiming it’s not entirely reliable. Any red flags I should know about?
2. Outreach from Scratch: I plan to use "warm DMs" to find models, but I won’t use my personal IG. If I approach someone from a brand-new account with 0 followers, how will they take me seriously? A "no-name" account claiming to be an agency that can make them rich sounds like a scam. How do I build that initial trust?
3. Finding the Right Model: Who should I be targeting? Should I focus on girls who already post suggestive/spicy content, or is it better to cast a wider net?
4. Beating the Algorithm: I saw a comment saying TikTok requires a US SIM card to hit the right audience. Does this apply to Instagram, Threads, and X (Twitter) too? Or is posting in English enough to go global?
5. Privacy Concerns: How do I handle models who are terrified of their friends or family finding out? Is there a way to effectively "geo-block" their home country, and how do you reassure them that their privacy is safe?
6. The "Runaway" Risk: If a model opens the OF account in their own name, what stops them from taking the money and ghosting me once the account starts growing? How do you protect yourself from being cut out of the deal?
7. Agency Profile: What kind of content should be on my agency's IG to look professional? And what’s the "minimum" follower count I need before I start reaching out?
Bonus Questions:
Ad Copy: What kind of hooks do you use for recruitment ads? Something like "Want to earn an online income through content creation," or something more subtle?
Early Motivation: How do you keep a model motivated during the first few days/weeks when there’s zero money coming in?
Niche/Concept: Should I assign a specific "persona" to the model (e.g., the "Girl Next Door" vs. "Anime/Cosplay")?
Paid Ads: Do you recommend running paid engagement ads for the model’s pages in the very beginning, or is it a waste of money?
The Pitch: How does this sound for an opening DM?: "Hey, I came across your profile and I think you have the perfect look for digital content creation. I work with creators and we have a system where you can generate income—even without showing your face. I’d love to explain how it works if you're interested."
One Last Thing on Messaging:I’ve seen you mention using AI for some replies and manual for others. Do you have a fully automated AI setup that chats even while you’re asleep? If not, doesn't it get exhausting to have deep, personalized conversations with every single sub?
