Today wasn’t flashy, but it was one of those days that actually moves the business forward.

No crazy spikes, no drama with platforms, no bans. Just tightening things up.
What happened today:

• Revenue stayed stable across all models. No dip, which I honestly value more than random spikes now.
• Tweaked AI prompts again after reviewing chat logs from the last week. Cut out some “too generic” replies and added clearer escalation logic for spenders.
• Spent time cleaning workflows instead of chasing traffic: folders, naming, content queues, and who does what.
• Had a long call with one model about content cadence and boundaries. These conversations matter more than people think.

Big realization today:
The business is slowly shifting from “grind mode” to “operator mode”.

Early days were:

• Post more
• Reply faster
• Patch problems daily

Now it’s more:

• Why did this convert?
• Where are we leaking time?
• What breaks if I add 2 more models?

That’s a good sign, but also a dangerous phase if you get sloppy.

Mental side:
Motivation feels calmer now. Less dopamine, more discipline. I don’t need today to be big because I trust the system more than before. That’s new for me.

Still documenting everything. Still learning daily. Still plenty of mistakes ahead.

• Reviewed a week of traffic data and confirmed something important: Reddit is still the volume king, but IG is slowly becoming the quality king.

For content publishing, do you use an IG account you created or the model’s IG account? Does she send you the videos and you edit them/add text, etc?

What are your clients paying for? Like a 1-hour chat, video chat, access to video content, custom videos, etc?

• Upvotes ≠ karma 1:1. Reddit has always applied heavy weighting and fuzzing. Especially on newer accounts, you’ll often see exactly what you described: 10–15 visible upvotes turning into 1–3 karma.
• Account trust matters more than voter trust. Even if the upvoters are legit, Reddit caps how much karma a young / low-trust account can gain per post. It’s basically throttled until the account proves long-term normal behavior.
• NSFW + promo content = extra dampening. Anything that looks promotional (links, consistent patterns, same niche posting) gets its karma gain reduced automatically, even if the post stays up.
• Mobile + 4G helps survival, not karma speed. It’s great for avoiding bans, but it doesn’t bypass karma scaling. Time + organic behavior does.
• After ~1–2 months, you’ll usually notice karma suddenly starts scaling better on the same type of posts, that’s the trust threshold kicking in.

• Revenue stayed steady — no spikes, no crashes. Right around the new “normal” baseline, which feels good.
• Fewer fires to put out. Systems actually worked without me babysitting them all day.
• Chats felt smoother. AI + chatter flow is starting to feel natural instead of “managed.”

• Spent most of the day tightening small things:
  • Cleaned up Reddit posting schedules (fewer subs, higher hit rate).
  • Adjusted chat prompts for upsells — less aggressive, more conversational.
  • Removed a couple of low-quality IG reels that were dragging reach down.
• Noticed that older social accounts are now performing noticeably better than fresh ones. Time really is the cheat code.

• Reels are short (5–9s), loopable, SFW-safe, curiosity-based
• Trending audio + simple captions (“this blew up faster than I expected ” type stuff)
• I comment on medium-size pages in the same niche for visibility (not follow/unfollow)
• First followers usually come from:
  
  • Reels hitting small explore pockets
  • Comments getting likes
  • People clicking profile after seeing multiple posts

• I ask models for short vertical clips in batches (10–20 at once)
• I edit them into multiple versions (crop, text, hooks)
• 2–3 posts/day early on
• If an account gets 0–10 views after 5–6 posts → I don’t force it, I move on

• 1–5k followers OR
• completely new but good on camera

• IG explore (small but consistent engagement)
• TikTok lives
• Comment sections of bigger creators

• Mobile > browser for new accounts, always

Yes, trending audio is the backbone early on, but I wouldn’t straight-up copy viral reels 1:1. I use them more like templates. Same audio, same general pacing, but different hook, different first frame, slightly different vibe. Algorithms are good at spotting clones. What matters most is:

• Strong first 1–2 seconds
• Short loops (5–9s works great early)
• Something that creates curiosity, not “buy my OF” energy

Early on I’d rather post 2–3 slightly different versions of the same clip than overthink creativity. Let the algo tell you what it likes.
For Reddit:
I don’t use schedulers like social-rise. I post manually. Reddit is way more sensitive than IG/TT, and automation footprints get accounts cooked fast. I keep it simple:

• Fewer subs, better fit
• Photos > videos most of the time
• Slow ramp, not 50 posts day one

It’s boring, but it survives.
If I were starting today again:

• Build a minimal proof page first: highlights with anonymized results, process explanations, and “behind the scenes” content.
  You don’t need thousands of followers. Even 50–100 real-looking followers + clean profile goes a long way.

• No face content if they want
• Blocking home country inside OF
• No real name anywhere
  You can’t promise “zero risk,” but you can show you’ve done this before without leaks.

• Clear rev-share agreement (written, even if simple)
• You control traffic, chats, systems
• Payouts happen after splits
  If they leave, they lose momentum. That’s the real leverage.

• Educational reels
• “How creators monetize”
• Workflow explanations
  Minimum followers? There’s no magic number. I started outreach under 200.

• First replies
• Small talk
• Follow-ups
  I or a chatter step in for spenders. That balance prevents burnout and lost whales.

• Let new IG/TT accounts sit for a few days doing only human actions (scroll, like, follow, watch full videos)
• Post stories or photos first on IG before touching reels
• Avoid uploading reels in the first 24–48h
• Make sure the video is native-looking (correct aspect ratio, no weird metadata)
• If it still fails after a few days, sometimes it’s faster to just rotate the account
