Suggestion regarding a BHW help article (thread) related to rules for Want To Buy

I am new to BHW and want to buy some reviews. I am aware of BHW Marketplace.
However, I wanted to post in the https://www.blackhatworld.com/forums/want-to-buy.92/ section. But, I saw no option to post a thread.
But, I am not a novice to the world of internet, so as a BHW Newbie, I checked "https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/want-to-buy.951764/" help article (Newbie Guide > Brand New to BHW).
There it is mentioned "Anyone can currently post a Want to Buy thread".
So, I dug futher and went to https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/rules-posting-in-want-to-buy.951771/ and here I saw that "Users must have 15+ posts to start a Want to Buy thread".
Having 15+ posts to start a Want to Buy thread, is quite fair in order to avoid spams.

However, what my suggestion refers to is to edit or correct the information mentioned in "https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/want-to-buy.951764/" help article (Newbie Guide > Brand New to BHW), where it is mentioned "Anyone can currently post a Want to Buy thread" ... Edit ot correct that to mention "Users must have 15+ posts to start a Want to Buy thread".
